The items contained in the Windies NI desktop are what a lot of people would in general associate with NI and that's what makes the thing funny.
The balaclava was the only item that could have been maybe construed as anyway paramilitary but then again i've seen Police in the past wear them too when in riot gear

Why? Aidan modded the posts.... it was because the original link i posted had changed / redirected to some other rude pic (i had refreshed the page prior to posting to make sure it was the Windies screen saver which it still was)...the site the pic of the screensaver was on redirected the link to the rude pic for some reason... which i never even got to see but was unsuitable for the site and Aidan rightly removed the link as i would have done myself if i had spotted it. As i said the other image was not of my doing but that of the site i linked the desktop pic from. I went in later and edited my first post... I attached the Windies image instead of linking it

Since you brought the subject up.... it was you that spoke to me on the phone or skype about losing your Ulster identity and complained about the Gaelic being written in the forum it was shortly after that you started the campaign for the reinstatement of the NI section. People made it clear that most wanted the place to stay as a whole all Ireland forum .
Since then you haven't seemed happy in here... you've joined the club and have been trying actively to recruit members. Sounds a tad like politics to me
You have also IMO tried to undermined the Ireland forum with the likes of bringing up your perceived sectarianism issue of this thread where none existed.... most people will clearly see what the thread is... funny... until you decided to make an issue out of it ( If we in Ireland can't have a laugh at ourselves who can?)

if you seen it it would have been there and you could have read any text contained, it can't get deleted once you have the page up in front of you

There was no other text in my post apart from two

At the end of the day it appears you wished to raise or start an issue/problem where none in my view really existed... maybe this is part of your recruitment drive for the club by trying to undermine and cause derision here and maybe getting a NI section on the club and you to a Mod status

When we live in NI we should know the score about such things. ( i would hardly think every person that ever got sent that pic or the
i-prod pic that has also done the rounds immediately thinks you are calling them loyalists or terrorists so i can't see why you would jump to that conclusion)
I posted the Windies NI pic as a humorous post nothing else... i think you'll find most people will see the post for what it was and if they can't they should maybe take follow the advice you give on your signature...
