Just unplug the tracker with it's loom (possibly coiled up & tucked away), then reconnect the original male/female BMW connectors from the alarm circuit.
You will have to live with the alarm siren being triggered briefly, so keep the remote fob handy.

Any one know what the two plugs in my photo do with regards to removing the tracker,
I’m thinking of just unplugging the tracker & hope that may stop any drain on the battery

Same procedure, you just don't have the alarm/DWA box of tricks in the circuit. leave the tracker connected to it's loom. Pull the whole affair away from the bike & you will see how it's inserted into an existing cirguit with a male & female plug. Just unplug the tracker loom complete & join the two OE BMW male/female connectors together. Job done.
Hi. That’ll work. Just leave the plug off the tracker if you are unsure. There is a standard BMW tracker part of the loom which you can also unplug and then rejoin, consider the tracker loom as a “jumper” section. If you are uncomfortable in doing this, a simple unplug will be fine and most certainly stop the dreaded drain 
Just Quick Q why wouldn’t contact Scorpian and see if you can reactivate the tracker, the annual fee is around a £100 and if it’s Thatcham approved you your insurance may be cheaper, I have one on my 1300 and no battery drain, Scorpian are very good

A belongs to the bike loom and would connect the OEM alarm were one fitted. B & C belong to the alarm and would be inserted between A and the alarm were one fitted. Disconnect A from B and the tracker is now isolated. On my bike, with an alarm fitted, I removed the tracker connections and reconnected A to the OEM alarm. All works as it should without any faults or alerts from the tracker company as I’d cancelled the subscription beforehand. I left the tracker wiring in place so that it could be reconnected at a later date if I changed my mind or by the next owner of my bike.Alan R

However I don't see the logic of leaving the loom in place - there was plenty of it when I removed the tracker on mine, taped up & tucked away. It's simple enough to reinstate the whole thing should an insurer insist at some stage in the future, subject to paying the subs. Just clean it all up & tuck it away in a drawer in the garage icon.
The bike on which the scorpion tracker was (is still) fitted is an f850gs. The tracker loom disappears under the battery tray so the unit shown in Clutchspring’s photograph isn’t immediately visible. A 10 minute disconnection was preferable to a more major disassembly.

Bikesure would not insure me without it but the price was considerably cheaper than anywhere else, just renewed it and it was £100 cheaper this year without asking !D
didn’t reduce my insurance at allwhich really surprised me.
Just ask yourself “would you want your bike back “after it’s been stolen, vandalised, & dumped in some undergrowth laying on its side .

I just unplugged mine - it was causing the battery drain to a point where after about 4 days it was borderline whether or not the bike would start.
