I recently visited the IWM in London and the top floor exhibition is Lord Ashcrofts collection of VC's very humbling it is too.

I stood and read the VC awards at the Argyll & Sutherland Highlanders Regimental Museum in Stirling Castle, there's a wall dedicated to VCs.

None of these men got them for keeping their heads down, some breathtaking acts of bravery.
