I bought a pair of bog-standard ready made leather jeans from them last Spring, and after a few months use the press studs on the waistband were getting a little slack and needed replacing. I was also concerned that my braces were starting to shred the elastic waistband at the back. I exchanged emails with the charming Lesley at SL who brushed aside my offer to pay for the addition of some leather reinforcments to the waistband and offered to deal with both matters as a repair f.o.c. Sent the jeans off last week and they arrived back today, beautifully repaired.
