Scottish Highlands September

A few on here expressed some mild interest at my recent jolly around Scotland.

I will be doing it again In september and would be happy for a few to join in and come if there is any interest ?

Date in mind is the 17th September and will be for 4 nights using cheap and cheerful digs on a sharring to keep the cost down basis.

Not a sightseeing/shopping trip just serious biking on great roads with a minimum of 200 miles per day ( thats the shortest day)

I am happy to organise hotels and routes etc on a non profit basis.

Any takers ?

Sounds interesting, out on Thursday back Monday? Mind, given the riding qualifications of your last group, my 200yds swimming qualification is looking weak!

I would jump at the chance to get back to The Highlands for a few days but i,m off on a wee jaunt to Europe for 10 days in Sept, but I can recommend Park House B&B in Lochinver if you are going that way its run friends of ours, opposite the garage and car park, next door to the Spar shop, 50 mrs to the pub.. or the Pie Shop if you prefer pies

Ok chaps it is looking like the dates i can do will be the Thursday 24th September to monday 28th september My usual meeting place to start this trip is Skipton but than can be amended a little to suit
It is 1400 miles approx from Skipton back to Skipton with no time to stand and stare (not for long any way)

I'm working in Inverness from 31st August onwards for a month so will be heading up on the bike. Be good to try and catchup with you in the evenings somewhere / sometime. While you are up. I'll be staying up there that weekend to get a bit of quality riding done to
