Has anyone done the above? Is it a quick job or a pain?

I’ve decided to take the 1250 to Spain in the van again so I can live out of it once there… I’ve had enough of tents now.

I think it will fit in the van IF the above items are removed and laid across the tank/bars. It looks like two silver/grey bolts either side will loosen everything nicely but can’t see if there’s anything else stopping the removal.

Any experience of same before I set to with my socket set?

I have removed the screen before and its easier than it looks T20 bit if I remember.....You only actually have to take out the T20 bits in the middle (so only 2) and not all of them and not the rest and it just lifts off

This video helps

I haven't removed the nav bar though

Update. Two screws remove the screen…they are tiny so take care not to drop them.

With the screen removed together with mirrors the 1250 rolled straight into my van. It’s not the biggest van either so all good (y)
