Yeh sorry, it’s a 2016 1200 GS TE. The front bracket is set on the low position, as when I have my luggage on it needs to be in that position for me to flat foot when stopping.
I understand, but my bike is an older model, but I can get the reason most choose to go with a comfort seat like I have done, were the seat is molded differently, with more of an upward angle at the front of the seat to help prevent rider sliding forwards onto the tank while braking.
Have you tried setting both bars to low position on your seat?
Perhaps someone else on this forum with your age of bike has the solution.
Thank you for your informative reply, I hadn’t realised that you could lower the rear of the seat. I have just checked in my garage and the rear bar was in fact in the high position, have lowered it now so will see what happens next time I ride. Thanks again for the tip
