Seat Upholsterer

Hi,
Anyone know of of a good seat upholsterer that can lower my standard GS seat and maybe fit gel insert in Tayside area please? Maybe willing to travel further in scotland if someone is good. Need help as vertically challenged but love my bike.

There is a guy who has a shop up in the Hilltown, Dundee who did a seat for me a few years back. I bought the new cover and he did everything else including new foam and stitching etc. I took the seat down loose and picked it up next day. Can't remember the name of the shop sorry...try google or yell?

These guys might be able to help, sorted out a seat on a Z1000 for me a while back. Bit of a ride though, they're in Clydebank just outside Glasgow.

Hi, I just bought a seat that suppose to be lower but still a bit high and it is for a 1200 gs 2011. BMW seat not up to much supposedly that why i am looking at going down this road. Cheers

We queried the cost of respraying our (very small) 60s car - they wanted £4000 to take the old paint off and another £4000 to repaint!

It's not a cheap option but I got a Sargent seat, heated, lowered and totally comfortable for 400miles.

Oh they do make an epic job of it, there's no doubt about that… but you do need deep pockets to use them.
