seats and seating

Apologies in advance if the answer is in here somewhere already (I have looked but not exhaustively - supposed to be working ), but will my 03 1150 gs (non adventure for the avoidance of all doubt) low seat fit on a 97ish 1100gs ?

Same question also applies to standard bmw engine bars.

The seat definately will.
The crash bars too, probably, but wait until some one confirms this

depends what "standard" bars you have. The 1100 standard bars lower mounts attach to the sump mounts, which are different on an 1150.

hepco n becker bars are different for the 1100, 1150 .

Sorry if I wasn't entirely clear re the bars. I have standard (definitely) bmw bars on my 03 1150gs fitted when new by Pidcocks Long Eaton and wondered if they will fit on a 96/97 1100gs.

TBH, I can't even remember where the bars fit on the 1150 without going to look, but the bike ain't with me at the mo'.
