Sorry about your experience with BWM's - if you've been on here long you'll know that it is not the usual, most are good, reliable machines. I can understand you wanting to stay with 4 cylinder bikes though - each to his own eh?

I don't think I would read the comments as derision - maybe just a bit of robust piss taking which is common round these parts ( and most bike sites I've been on).

They are extremely dangerous and shouldnt be owned by anyone.

You wont throw yourself off, just probably get dragged down the road owing to a fear of letting go of the handlebars.
