I decided to sell my R850GS but I didn't think I had a chance of getting what I wanted circa £4000 for a 2000 year bike. So after putting it back to standard selling the bike and all the farkles separate I've ended up with just shy of £5000 
with a few bits left to sell. So think on if your selling your bike it may be more desirable with the farkles but won't fetch much more money put a bit of effort into it and reap the rewards.
