I saw this Sena 10C a while ago before it came out: it's basically a Bluetooth intercom communications device with a built in 1080p 30fps POV/Action Cam with rotating liens and the ability to incorporate the audio from the mic/speakers into the recording. I liked the look of this but at the time it had no way to incorporate my custom SoundEar buds from UltimateEar without chopping into the audio, which was a deal breaker for me. So I forgot all about it and stuck with my Cardo Scala Q3 multi set but I've just discovered that Sena now do an ear bud adaptor so I'm now reconsidering moving to this Sena unit - I see they're also doing a handlebar remote too.

My question is, has anyone used the Sena 10C WITH the ear bud adaptor? I know the Sena devices have high praise in this parish et al so I'm confident the device itself is good, unless someone tells me otherwise. I'm really interested in peoples experiences using the earbud adaptor and the remote control.

i use a 10r Headset with an earbud adapter.its very much like the one you have in one of the images you posted.

what do you want to know about it ? its just a push fit into were the speakers go , after you have disconnected the speakers themselves. it works just as good if not better , the wind noise is less ,so the volume of sound is higher.Into the adapter I plug in ear moulded plugs with a built in speaker, these have the MP3 lead attached . works great and I have had no problems at . I took the sena earbud adapter into my helmet lining .It has never got wet so I can't speak to as how waterproof it is

I have a 10u but can't pass comment on an early adapter but I think the remote is ace, actually dislike wearing my other helmet that has a scala and no remote
