Just bought a 20S and went out today across Dartmoor, around 4degC ambient and the audio cuts out after about 30secs. Looked at the Sena forums and a few others have had the same issue. Unit stays on but no output. Had it running indoors for about 45mins now with no problem at all. Anyone on here had similar issues?

I rode from Cornwall to London yesterday. The temperature was -3 at start and never above +3 - the Sena20S was on all the way with no problems or cut outs. The hero of the day was the full Gerbing outfit though - I was warm and cosy and never had the dials up higher than 2/3rds of full power.

Just had an answer from Sena support who reckon it should work down to -10deg. They've given me an e-mail address for European warranty claims so we'll see how that goes. Just hope they don't want everything returned as I took ages getting it installed properly.

Where did you buy yours from? I'm thinking of getting one.

Bought from the imaginatively titled Motorbike Parts at the NEC show. Had a lot of Sena stuff, seemed to know what he was talking about and matched the best online price I could find. Looking at his website, I think he only sells at shows.
