My Sena 20S used to maintain it's pairing with the bike but lately it has to be re-paired almost every time I start bike.

Any other people found same?

I always switch my Sena smh10R headset on first BEFORE turning the ignition on on the bike and my Nav V coming on. I seem to remember somewhere that you should do that.

If not that, then I would suggest that you delete all paiings on the headset, and re-pair everything.

My SMH10R can be a bit iffy as well but as Paul has said, switching it on before switching the bike/Nav V on seems to work best.

I had a few problems with my Sena 10 and returned it twice, after very poor customer service from the dealer, I sold the whole lot.

Have they improved the MP3 playback sound yet ? I could hardly hear mine at speeds over 60mph.

No issues here either, whether it be listening to nav instructions, music or pillion. A great bit of kit that works really well with the Nav V

Mine is an SMH10R
