Can someone tell me the difference between the 2 headsets, not sure which one to get ( off the wife for Christmas you understand) :D:clap

Cheers

I believe the 20 is the new replacement for the 10 I have the smh10 and think it's great it pairs with 3 other head sets with good range and battery life with ongoing software updates every few months it gets better with the updates I use it for my music and phone and sat nav all clear as day, I believe the 20 also has a radio but basically if money is no object the 20 being new will have some extra features more pairings to riders and so on but you can pick up some good deals on the 10 at the moment, there is a review of the 20 on you tube which may help good luck.

Use the Sena website why don't you?

They have pictures and everything!

Went from the 10 to the 20......... much better in general use. To much to list. I used my old 10 on another helmet and it drove me mad after getting used to the 20.

Thanks for the reply mate.

I have no experience from the 20, but I have been using the 10 for a few years now (went from Scala Rider Q2).
The biggest gripe i have with it is that the unit is so wide that I keep pushing the big rotating button with my shoulder protector everytime i turn or wiggle my head. The 20 might be better there?

The possibility to connect to other brands of BT Communicators is great though!
