Sena SRL Mesh completely dead....

juts tried plugging in my SRL Mesh unit to the USB charger and I get nothing, not even the red LED saying its charging. I waited over 2 hours to see if it would even pick up a small amount of charge to turn it on. Still dead and no LED charging light. Any ideas how to resolve?

Grant, have you looked at a factory reset option? Alternatevly this option found under trouble shooting section.

This happened to me. Not even the re set worked. I contacted Sena directly just had to pay return postage took 2 weeks but they sent a replacement.

thanks, i bought mine through Louis.de and will return it to them. Reset button doesn't work either. Its juts probably got a dud connection somewhere that does not allow it to charge. Thankfully I don't need it now but its the hassle of having to take it all out of the lid which annoys me...
