Serious medical issue.......needing advice on best boots please?

Dayton's , used for the pat 8 years & never had wet feet.

Chemo is a real bastard and peripheral neuropathies cause lots of ongoing problems. In addition to other's suggestions I think you should pay attention to what is inside your boot - good quality socks and/or waterproof socks - to protect your feet from pressure areas and cold as well as moisture. Sorry to sound a bit obvious but the boot should be chosen on its comfort as well as waterproofing - most people buy shoes and boots which are too small so think about trying a size bigger than you are used to.

Thanks for these comments. Sealskinz socks are being ordered to be worn with the TCX Infinity Evo's......just a tad concerned about how tight the elastic is..... You obviously know why.
Thanks again

I don't have teh Evo version but the old ones do not leak, even paddling through puddles several inches deep. And for the braces to go with the belt Seelskinz do work, that's what I wear with my tougher but non-waterproof boots .

Had my Sidi Adventures for around 7 years now and they've never leaked yet, ridden in some monsoon like conditions including a 100mile jaunt up the M6 when it so wet it was like riding up a stream. Had to have them re-soled after about 10K Miles (local cobbler did it with commando soles) . Only downside is they are still in good condition so makes it harder to justify new boots to her indoors :/.
