Service in Yorkshire

You surprise me, he's always been fine with me

Always treated me spot on & 100%, helping me out of a fix, on more than one occasion

Top fella is Steve ~ I've known him 20 years & he can fair ride a bike too

Seconded JB:thumb2

I haven't known him for 20 years, never seen him on a bike, I only know him as the service manger and at times he can be a bit trying

Must be you then :)

Seriously he's ok - best to get to know him ;)

What a stupid comment to make (best to get to know him)
I am a paying customer, Rainbow are a professional company I shouldn't need to get to know anybody
Every one at Rainbow are fine, Steve can be trying at times

Sorry Dennis,my comment is misplaced

I hope you have better luck in future :thumby:

I have always found everyone great there, including Steve - who has personally helped me out on a few occasions

Steve has always been brilliant with me. He knows I know feck all about bikes and how they work and always explains things to me appropriately.
He's been happy to explain to me why stuff doesn't need doing when I thought it did and has also offered to fit a £10 part on my WR250 at no fitting fee whenever I'm passing.

No complaints at all from me, but each to their own.

An example of his customer service skills:clap

What the feck has luck got to do with it

Nothing, but you do seem to have an issue, with the fella called Steve at Rainbow................whereas many others on this thread & in real life, do not

I'm just sticking up for him (as he has no voice on here) as I have always found him the exact opposite of your experiences...

Buy the bike from Rainbow and have it serviced at Williams/Jefferies or wherever you see fit

Personal relationships are individual and if you receive better ('less trying') service from the Workshop manager at another dealership, go there

Not good naming him on here, if you have a beef speak to him direct

Fecking hell JB talk about making a mountain out of a mole hill
I have had bikes off Rainbow for the last 15 years, never had a problem, servicing never had a problem, bought equipment from them have recommended them lots of times
I don't need a personal relationship with any workshop manger (unless she is blond, short skirt, big tits)
If I had wanted a bike servicing at Williams/Jefferies why would I have bought it from Rainbow, you don't half talk out of your arse at times
