I haven't known him for 20 years, never seen him on a bike, I only know him as the service manger and at times he can be a bit trying

I am a paying customer, Rainbow are a professional company I shouldn't need to get to know anybody

Service manager as named above is not very helpful,is very economical with the truth and full of his own self importance.
Steve has always been brilliant with me.
He knows I know feck all about bikes and how they work and always explains things to me appropriately.
He's been happy to explain to me why stuff doesn't need doing when I thought it did and has also offered to fit a £10 part on my WR250 at no fitting fee whenever I'm passing.
No complaints at all from me, but each to their own.
