I have ordered a service manual from the main dealer to help me with servicing my bikes at home in future.
I have done the following today after finally getting the right bits from the dealer.
New spark plugs, gapped to 60mm
New Air filter
New oil filter
Change engine oil 2.25 ltrs of Halfords classic
Change gearbox oil .8 litre Castrol 75/90 GL5 differential
Change final drive as above gearbox oil .26 litre

Just need to learn the tappets (bought new gaskets) and change the brake fluid on the front brake.

Should i be doing anything else..the carbs seem ok and both throttle lift at the same time! I think lol...:blast
Thanks.

While you are waiting for your manual search the net for airhead BM stuff, there is stacks of info out there, lots of it in pictorial form and lots of it right here. Use this forum to validate info you are not sure of. There is bound to be Youtube footage of Airhead valve clearance setting etc.

Good on yer for having a go :thumb
