Shad Panniers.

Yes! Got them on my V100 Stelvio. Work very well. Easy to use. Frames are discrete when panniers are off. Not leaked either.

I have a set of the Shad panniers and top box which were on my R1300GS when I bought it. The previous owner (of 2 months) fitted them as an interim for a trip before he exchanged for his GSA. Very good quality Shad Terra non expanding panniers with the 4P fitting system. Strangely I may sell my panniers and go the expanding route but will keep the top box. My bike also came with all the fittings for the BMW Vario panniers so I may go that route if a set come up for sale at a reasonable price, purely because I very rarely use them as travel on my own. Excellent quality.

I have the Shad 38 panniers for my 1200R. Fit really well, feel solid, have not leaked, very functional with a sort of step inside so items don't pile out. Very solid. Paid £180 second hand. Can't fault them and the 3P rack is very discrete. No leaks, look good, tough and balanced. Good Panniers in short

Had a pair of Shad 36's on a S1000XR for 4 years
Perfect, never leaked
Discreet 3D rack
Had the Shad inner bags which were also very good
