Trying to swap my spring on my rear Ohlins, only my spring compressors are to big to fit becuase of the limited space between the shock body and the spring, anyone know where I can get the right tool for the job ?

If you can compress the spring maybe some heavy duty tie wraps will do the job?

sorry, i got the price wrong :P

Oh thats better :D

I was thinking of making a plate to fit the top of the shock, like on the Harris set up and using my compressors which can grab the bottom of the spring.

I investigated the various spring compressors at my local car accessory shops. I found a pair of Draper brand which did the job after some "remodelling" with an angle-grinder.

Let me know if you want more details or a photo. You're welcome to borrow them if you pay postage - and return them promptly!
