For some reason I now get message
"could not load shockwave flash"

What the bloody hell is that
is it an easy fix or is it yet another trip to the computer guy

f###ing windows . Its a Mac next time

Mac do not actually agree with Flash so maybe not such a good idea, load the most recent shockwave player all should be good. Unfortunately it is completely de-passe now and html 5 has taken over.
Steve Jobs did his best to stop Flash in its tracks, I think, but check it out for your self.

Don't blame windows for Adobe shite.
Download Google Chrome and see how you get on or chromium if you don't like Google. It has all that stuff baked in so you don't have to worry about it. Or do as Richie said.

If your receiving this when using Chrome then it is chrome at fault. In the address bar type chrome://plugins/ you will see the settings for flash. Also make sure chrome is up to the latest version. Since I work in IT no help would be complete without telling you to restart your PC.
