No worries
@Blackblade-rry and
@Ex-Call Centre Chimp , I don't normally plan until close to the weekend, but I'll try and post up here.
Had a brilliant day yesterday back in the Peaks, a the GPX route shown was 111 miles. A lot of familiar lanes, but it was a really nice route stringing together of them. 50/50 tyres were fine apart from one muddy lane which I'd have preferred a bit more grip. My lovely wife texts me half way through the day to remind me to stop as generally if I'm solo I don't stop, a 10 min stop trailside to eat a small pork pie in my Camelbak and I'm good to go again. Started about 8am from Notts, finished by 3:30 pm.
Only issue with being solo is gates are a pain !
Lovely lanes like Edensor (Chatsworth House), Clough lane, Houndkirk and loads more. All ADV bike suitable with a bit of care, especially in the dry. A couple of slightly nadgery lanes, but nothing too tough.
I'm really starting to gel with the lil 390 Adventure R, for the price its brilliant value.
Not my GPX route, but happy to share if anyone wants it.
