Should I take a stick coil and bearing/oil seal with me?

Away to the swiss alps two up and fully loaded in two weeks or so.
What do you reckon?

The paralever has a little play 360 deg with the brake on so a little wear there that should adjust up, but I can imagine a coil and or bearing a little more 'show stopping' whilst away.

No problems to date with main bearing.
Corroded LHS coil stick, but working fine.

If you have the parts and a place to carry them, why not? :nenau

Even if you don't have the capacity to change a failed FD bearing yourself while abroad, at least having the bits (in the event of needing them) should speed-up a repair rather than having to source the parts first.

I imagine that any repair-garage would do the job for you if you presented them with the parts.

If the paralever has play in it, you need needle bearings/bushings, if it is still there with the rear brake on, since the play is in the FD to the shaft housing. If the rear brake is on and the play is gone, you would need the big bearing, because the play is between the rear wheel and the FD.

Don't bother taking a stick coil with you. They're not as showstopping and the bike will run without it.
