A couple of people from the forum have seen our little cabin and suggested that we offer it on here.
We built it entirely and now rent out through Canopy and Stars who are fantastic agents. It is fairly remote, but 10 or 15 minutes drive to Ludlow, along1/3 of a mile of gravel track across the Yeld common on Brown Clee Hill in Shropshire. It's apart from where we live in a very private spot with stunning views in winter and sunsets...there is no traffic noise and only the odd quad bike or tractor.I can offer secure bike parking in my workshop.
The cabin is warm and cozy in winter too and has everything you need to cook a proper meal (no microwave though).
I can give a decent discount for ukgser so if you are interested just check the dates on the link and PM me. Everything you need to know should be in the link but just ask if not.

Jasper.

This really is an absolutely fantastic little getaway in a stunning location! :clap
Jasper and Milla are lovely people too. :thumb2
The views are stunning and it’s sooo quiet. When I visited a pair of Chinooks flew past, one above and one below in the valley! :thumb2
If anyone is after a tranquil getaway this really can’t be beaten! Fantastic walking / cycling literally straight out of the gate onto the common and Hill Fort.
Get yourselves booked in! :thumb2

They are a good company , employee owned and have a good ethos. I have been with them for years as I used to have a cabin in Cornwall, this one is now a year old and much easier to run from nearby.

Thanks Udders! We live here and it amazes us nearly every day....
Just to add that we changed from a small shade sail over the deck to a large clear grp roof to allow outdoor living in the worst weather and Udders , who I never met, came and spent the day doing some drone shots of the cabin for us! Total gent and a huge thank you from us both and of course to Paul the Boss who suggested I posted in this section, truly great forum.

I have never been to Shropshire or, as far as I can recall, even through it. Whilst I’m sure this is a huge relief to Salopians, it is something I should address. This post and thread has prompted me to take a look.

An excellent looking cabin, great reviews and a nicely put together ‘Book it here’ website.

Thank you for making it available.

PS: Here’s a basic guide of things to see and do:

Shropshire is great for biking, Richard. And Wales just around the next corner. I haven't ridden the Bur Way in Church Stretton for a couple of years but I used to go there, overnight and blast across to Aberystwyth to see my son in Uni. Then chug around Lyn Brianne and the Elan valley. Wonderful stuff.

You really should go to Shropshire, it's stunning, one of the most beautiful counties in England. IMO

I thought every schoolkid in this sceptered isle was taken to Iron Bridge on a school trip. Admittedly, hardly the most picturesque part of the county.
