Some of the Island's single men have shaken off their shyness and will be donning their walking boots this afternoon (Sunday). The annual speed dating walk is taking place between Sandown and Shanklin. Originally, only a handful of men signed up, now it's fully booked. It's all part of the Isle of Wight Walking Festival. The event was officially started on Saturday by the Island's High Sheriff Alan Titchmarsh who addressed a crowd of hundreds of people on Newport Quay. Bet you guys wish you had come over now

Sadly there is not a southern section on here, we come under the south east on regions
