Side light Q

Having trouble finding a 1150 wiring diagram.
Can anyone enlighten me as to which wire is the live to the side / parking light please.

If you're fitting an LED lamp and it's not working try swapping over the connectors to move the 12V wire to the center terminal. I read somewhere that some bikes' were conventionally wired and others were not.

You dont say what model 1150 but most will have the -ve on the brown wire to the lights, look at the bulb holder to see where its terminated. LED will only work one way round, if they don't work reverse the wires it wont harm the LED.

Grey with Black trace is Sidelight positive on "MOST" bmw models

Check before you connect tho!

No led its to take a feed to the dimming function to my led running lights which will be switched. Mines a 2000 model which the above link is for and it is indeed grey with black.

Btw good info re the led side. I tried them but they wouldn't work guess I now know why.
