Side stand....

Fell victim of above in Lsle of Man last a few ago. Put bike down on stand , lent it over, next thing bike on ground. I didn't realise until I looked at the stand afterwards that it barely comes over centre. The designer however has cleverly cranked it back first before coming forward to trick unsuspecting customers that some common sense was employed and fool them inti thinking it might work....
Anyway only damage is one rocker cover. Anyone know the paint colour or code for a 2009 GS12. The slightly browny coloured ones? Thanks.
