I was doing the weekly clean on my 2018 GS Exclusive today with it on the center stand and noticed there was side to side play (twisting movement anchored at the top and bottom of the shock) on the entire rear shock ESA unit. It's been solid since I've had it so it seems something has worked loose. The ride to the dealers is about 12 miles on fast roads, so would you recommend calling BMW assist to pick it up? It's surely not safe to ride?
