Just thought I should say really. My son was unlucky enough to get knocked off by an 81yo doddery woman driver on Saturday, she pulled out of her drive straight in front of him, he was very lucky, right leg hit her rear wing. Paramedics at scene and doctors in A n E said the Sidi vertigos saved his leg. The boot were smashed all along the front, leg v bruised, but not broken. He slid along road, verge, and down bank into a wood. Took a lump out of himslef on a tree on way down, kevlar trousers worn thru but after they had done their job, airwolf jacket worn thru, roof helmet and visor scratched to bits.
He was so lucky he was wearing good gear.
All the f........in old dear could say was 'not my fault'.
2 days in hospital but he's ok now. TG.
All the gear All the time !!!

Glad to hear he's on the mend :thumb2

Vertigos, Vertibras, etc are good boots for protecting your feet/ankles.

Al :)
