I like the idea of their 400w alternator.

Serious money though. I'm not really considering getting it - just asking if anyone has tried them out of interest.

I have their coil fitted. It works.
For the Alternator, I got the Endurelast from here.
Nice thing and puts out 14v below 2k rpm.

I hear the Endurelast is good.

Are you running the standard bean can igntion? endurelast now have an ingition unit that integrates with the alternator like Silent Hektic.

Silent Hecktic and enduralast stuff look about the same price i think

Yup. I just took a spare bean-can on my trip.

In theory the triple spark ignition will give a few more HP, but I suspect you would need a dyno to notice the difference.

Expensive too , compared wth a Boyer Micro Power which seems to work well on my twin plug 1000cc mono.

Nothing much wrong with the stock system - some guys have rigged up switchable stock/ alternator mounted ststems , and report no noticable difference switching from stock to the fancy overpriced crank mount.
