Anyone tried these fog light bulbs?

Whilst looking on fleabay trying to get an idea of the cost of converting the std H11 bulbs in the fog lights on my GSA to HID I spotted these bulbs.

Anyone tried them, or have any thoughts as to whether they'd be any use?

450 lumen and 5 watt will make them about one-third / one-quarter of the brightness of the originals. And completely unfocussed, by the looks of them.

If all you want is a bit of white light, I suppose they're OK, but absolutely nowt like a HID conversion.
