Simple GPS wanted

I’m looking for a cheap (about £100) extremely easy to use car GPS for my wife to use.

She had to take our dog for a checkup at the vets a few weeks ago – she had been there before with me so I thought my instructions to “cross the Severn Bridge and turn left at the M4/M5 junction to head for the Midlands and get off at junction 14” would have been OK but she interpreted my instructions as “cross the Severn Bridge and get off at junction 14” – I would have saved the cost of a GPS in petrol saved!!

So it has to be simple just like my wife (I’m safe she doesn’t use the internet) and really needs to be able to take full post code destinations. We’re both “getting on a bit” (over 50) so a large screen and voice prompts are also needed.

Am considering the imminent Aldi offering unless anyone on here has something they’re looking to sell.

PS I have a 2610 and a 60CSx but they are far to complicated, it has to be simple.

I did get wind of a large surplus of white box Nuvi models some weeks back. You could pick up a Nuvi 200 white-box (or as its misused description, refurb) is £69.99 inc VAT or a branded box Nuvi 250 is £99.99 inc VAT

if you get one .. don't ask me to mount it on the wife

It would also explain the many "Overtime needed NOW, enhanced rate applicable" texts I kept getting yesterday..........

Knew nothing about it until mum called & said she'd seen Swanwick on the news

It'll all be fixed by the time I go back Sunday.........................
