Slick 50

I'm going to change my gearbox and final drive oil tomorrow before I head off to the Dolomites on Tuesady morning . Was thinking of adding some slick 50 gearbox additive to the mix . Anyone used this before ?? Or am I better just going with a good ep 80/90 oil ??

The gearbox oil will be fine.

I reckon that if all these additives were so feckin good then the manufactures would fit or recommend them. Snake oil methinks.

Adding Slick 50 is detrimental.

Check out the american CAA warnings against it's use in piston engined powered planes.
