Slip on can

Hi all

I bought my GS just before Christmas and it came with an Akrapovic exhaust. Now it’s all very nice and barpy but I think it’s going to irritate me on long haul trips. Not sure if it’s the full system or just the end can. Can I just put a standard end can on for a bit of peace and quite whilst on tour?

Yes no problem at all, if you do not want the noisy one, you can always give it to me for my birthday. just make sure you put the correct standard one on, 2017 models are Euro 4 yours looks like it is Euro 3 because I do not see the stupid reflectors on the fork tube, unless they where taken off.

I bought a brand new Euro3 BMW slip on exhaust off eBay for £50 delivered.

I then powder-coated it black for £20 and stuck it on my Euro4 2017 Triple Black GSA.

Looks good, sounds good, works good.

Euro 4 just a tad little restricted for emissions testing, otherwise no difference
