Just went for a quick blast to Stratford to meet up with SkyGod - great ride in the dry on the way there... on the way back, it started raining... coming back in to Weston-sub-Edge, there are warning signs saying that the road is slippery. On the way out, it was pretty much fine and so assumed that these were signs left from when they clearly just resurfaced the road. However, on the way back through, in the wet - it was VERY slippy. As in, rolling on in 4th from 30mph induced a good amount of wheelspin. For research purposes, I confirmed this a little later down the road :D

So, if you're going through Weston-sub-Edge and you see those slippery road signs, take heed! :rob

Knobbly tyres and a GSA this time... The HP2 wheelspins in the dry on good tarmac :D

add a dash of diesel to the mix - voila !! has a similar instance up nr Kirkby Lonsdale a few years ago when a friendly farmers overfilled tractor created a similar surface - for 4 miles :eek

!eek is right! This was more like 2 or so miles. Certainly made me take the corners pretty steady...
