I have to say I have been really impressed with these guys, they did me the best deal on an ex-dem by some way (offered me a brand new bike for less than some dealers were asking for year old ex dems).

They were also happy to hold bike for 3 weeks as I was about to get married, and they deliver it free the day after I flew home from honeymoon, plus they also fitted the accessories I wanted FOC.

Had my first service done today, I was expecting the free labour as that is the norm with new Yamaha's, but I was not even charged for the parts, booking in was no hassle and they managed to sort out a Saturday morning and did the bike 1st thing while I waited, I arrived just before 9:00am and was on my way before 11:00am.

On the down side unlike most BMW dealers they do not have the latest crappuccino maker, but I did not begrudge paying £1.75 for a Latte at the Cafe over the road out of the £60 I saved on oils & filter.

Their labour prices are £22 an hour cheaper than my local BMW outfit so the first 5 minutes labour savings will cover the coffee in future. They are also right by a tube station so for longer services we could have a day out in London whilst the bike is serviced.

They also do the Piaggo stuff so if you are looking for an Aprillia or Guzzi I would recommend giving them a try :thumb

slocombes in Neasden have always been good, (ex BMW dealers) but they have just merged with what was left of Rex Judds in west hampstead, I wouldnt touch them with a barge pole.
Son of a friend bought a bike from there and it wasnt fit for the road, took a lot of doing but they eventually put the faults right, MOT done that morning, tyres were below minimum tread, exhaust illegal despite being told the tyres and exhaust were to be changed. All in all a bunch of cowboys, hence the fact that they went out of business and became Slocombes, but there is a hell of a difference between the two shops.
