Many of you have reached into your hearts and dipped your hands into your pockets to help support this third mission to Mali.
I wanted, in return to be able to demonstrate my thanks in a more practical way and have been racking my brains as to what that could be.:nenau

Then, it struck me :D ............................ :JB

"the best way is to encourage others who are on similar missions, preparing one or thinking about it"

So, today, I purchased a Honda C90 scoot which I will donate to be taken to Africa & support the hospital in Bansang effort

Sorry about the piccie, I am trying to avoid getting it in and out of 'Snowball' on my own!!:rob

It's blue (the faster colour:augie) and has a top box too.
I shall be delivering it to Mr Fanum as soon as I've been able to reach him.
Calling Bill .... left msg on your voicemail

A big thank you to all, too many to list, to my Underwriters, to Paul for facilitating all these communications via his UKGS'er Forum and to my two coordinators 'par excellence' Fil and David H.:thumb2

And this has nothing to do with SOS Village or the money raised. I bought this bike today with my own dineros -

Cheers Bert:thumb2:D That's excellent. You will have trouble reaching Mr Fanum for a few weeks though as he is on one of his Moto-Morocco tours at mo.

Best bet is to pm Speggo as all the scoots are being kept at his place until departure.
In fact a fair few of us will be meeting there this weekend if you fancy a beer:thumb

All the best

Ian

Team meeting

If no call from me this Friday then Sat morning for deffo :thumb2

Just about right for opening time:augie .... orange juice and lemonade please!:D
