One of my drives in my SBS2003 box has died. I have backups - but does anyone here know if it will rebuild all files including exchange and AD? or will i need to rebuild AD separately?

I will change the drives for larger ones (luckilly they are raided)

Depends on your backup solution, NT Backup can be used to restore Exchange but only if you back it up to begin with.

Likewise Backup Exec (and other 3rd party solutions) can provide Exchange protection, but they won't do it unless you have configured them to do so.
