Small clip that holds HT lead to throttle body??

This has snapped off and leaves the HT lead dangling a bit. I've had a close look at the small plastic clip and it appears to be part of the inlet rubber/gasket. Can this be replaced separately, or will I need to replace the whole rubber?

Seriously, of course a cable tie would work perfectly, but as it's still under warranty
