I had a problem with a rear BT020 on my K1200LT last July. Bridgestone faffed about for 3 months, then reported that there was no fault. They hadn't even tested the tyre, just a quick visual inspection.
On pressing Bridgestone, they failed to cough, but gave the dealer a 50% discount (not me!).
8 months has gone by and I needed a new BT020 for the front of my LT.
Paul at SMD in Leigh remembered me, the duff tyre, and the faffing about. He ordered one for me, and I dropped the front wheel in the next day. he stopped a lad from working on a car, and had him fit my new tyre while I waited.
Top bloke, top company. Highly recommended for bikers!
