SMIDSYed - bike likely to be written off

Sorry to hear of your accident, I had two no fault claims and the experience between the two was chalk and cheese!
1st Claim was against Zuirch who were magnificent, didnt use solicitor and got top dollar for bike, clothing and injuries.
2nd Claim Norwivch Union, bunch of shysters and wa&&&rs! was like pulling teeth, got just about what I wanted but was bloody hard work.

Sadly there are limitations accepted in a court of law for personal injuries and by american standards pathetic (between £15 and £45K for loss of limb!!)
Your greatest recourse is for loss of earnings due to the accident.

You can claim for private physio and consultation should you wish, indeed most insurance companires will arrange these for you and pick up tab direct.

Claim for everything from your Bike down to your boxer shorts and socks at FULL market cost. If you have accessories damaged these should be again at full replacement cost. Finally every time you spend a penny (no pun intended) to go to hospital or by taxi coz you cant travel any other way claim!.
Should the third parties insurance get stropp explain thatg your more than happy to use no win no fee with the inherent additional cost going to them.

Good luck and hope your on the mend soon.
