Went away for the weekend parked on some gravel & side stand let the bike down.
Unfortunately while picking it up I snapped off the left hand side plastic injector pipe where it joins the union that has the two bolts through it .

Anyways got it home thinking a small job pipe just threads under the battery holder. 1150 by the way sorry

Well yes it does unfortunately it joins a valve or something & OMG what a job to get it out tank off inlet tubes removed to lower the air box etc throttle cables disconnected battery holder really needs to come out but it has all the cables under it but worked it .My question is do I have a cat in hells chance to fit the new lot in or do I have to remove the battery box etc & if I can do you thread the one single one first or the three pipes the other side.

Cheers

Seem to have gained a bit more space so hopefully can slide it down the back of the battery box.

The valve thingy sounds like the fuel pressure regulator sitting in the gap in front of the airbox. Just take the tank off, undo a few bolts and swivel the frame up then take the airbox off to get to it

Yes you are of course right but I seemed to take an awful lot off to get the battery box high enough to get the replacement one back in.
Knowing what I know now I'd have just replaced broken injector pipe fitting and joined with a short piece of rubber fuel line which is all that's used on the pipes from the tank to these.

I now have a spare end to carry to save the AA a relay lol.

Thanks for your help
