Who is this Vern that fell off then,I don't see any pictures of the event so it can't of happened at all
Tin Tin,you can be upgraded to a 7.2 if you like
7.2 for effort? Agreed
and Vern never fell off unless there's a pic to prove it

Were those photos taken between Brechfa and Gwernogle, just after the aukward junction?To be honest it wasn't that cold except in the foggy bitsI'll run the route again in about March. Here's some pics
Trust me, that ones mild compared to the one I'd have if I'd been on a bike around Brechfa forest on ice.

I sat here looking at the pics and reading myself GREEN with envy...Im so gutted I couldnt be there. Fingers crossed next run out i'll be there

Just to say I had a good day out and my first run out as a newbe, sorry if I cut anyone up!!!!!!!!. Look forward to meeting up again soon.

the drop seems a mild one i admit, but not bad for a beginner I fancy, and hey, you have to go some to get a 7.2 score from vern and others.......quite proud in a funny sort of way. First time I've been down the road in very many years. Despite being out of practice I seem to have recovered OK. Pleased I came off better than that poor kid from Camarthen who made the news for all the wrong reasons....deepest sympathys to his family.........there by the grace of God go I and the rest of us all.
