Makes me laugh as I read through the posts, why when talking about their bikes do owners of triple black bikes have to tell us constantly that it's a black bike? its not just a GSA LC anymore it's now a GSA TB LC

Come on let me have it you TB owners!!!

the same reason somebody says.......ive parked my bmw around the corner.....or....the audi is in the garage.....
I just say the bike or the car.....

I think you'll find Triple black isn't enough these days, we're now venturing into quantities of blacks approaching double figures!

If you have to ask, you won't understand the answer.

maybe its faster....ive had many black bikes and there always faster

things move on....wonder when we will see the quad black ?

Because every other gsa is a just gsa. This is a triple black gsa. Don't like it? You know what to do.;)

its all a load of bollocks isn't it.....like new improved aerial soap powder....
just advertising...or does the tb have better bits....

All bollox
Just pay more for black paint
Emperor's new clothes & they fall for it every time
BMW are the only ones laughing :)

It's triple black because they couldn't get a good match with plastics and paint.

Clever marketing.

It is a pretty inconsequential amount of money- the different between a TE and a TB is £270.
This is hardly anything compared to the cost of bike ownership- if financing the bike then the interest for one year at 5.9% is £951.

It is proving to be a pretty popular colour too- if it has a higher residual over the non-TB colours then it mitigates the cost.
I bought a TB because it was the bike that was in stock for the right price with the right bits on it.
I'd have been happy with a matt red too- wouldn't have bought a white one.

Are they not the run-out model before the newest improved versions are released with the TB moniker used to make them more appealing to shift stock ?

The TB always commands a slightly higher premium second hand. Probably about as much as the difference in price when new. But most people get a decent enough discount when new, that we never actually pay any more for the special edition colour.;)

Most people commenting on this thread don't even own one.

so whats the answer.....apart from theres more black bits

It's a special edition, didn't you always want a jps Capri when you were a kid (not sure how old you are).

It will be worth more when I sell it.
It (imo) looks better than the other colours available.
It will match most of the farkles that are being switched from my TE better because most of them are black.
I got such a good deal that it didn't cost any more than the other colours.
