So, Midgies...........BSB Knockhill...........

A week tomorrow I'll be heading on up to Knockhill with the BeWiser Kawasaki race trailer for 4 / 5 days to do the BSB round up there. The last 3 years I've been up there the midgies have been munching away on me quite happily. I've already got a spray tub of Smidge and was advised by Holland And Barrett to take vitamin B1 aswell . Any other tips from those plagued by them every day?

alot of folk will slate avon skin so soft but i’ve worked in midge infested areas for hours without being bitten to death.yeah you need to keep re-applying it but it works & works well.

Avon worked for me recently

The Avon was in use all of last weekend, we did 3 days and 1150 miles and yes the midges were out. This photo was taken after a 2hr fast run to get to our hotel before 11pm.
