So whats this "Power Plug" thing then?

Seen some references to a "power plug" chip.
Just wondered hwo has one and if youve experienced any dicernable differences in the bike.
Would be nice to have a little more info about it/them.

And my bikes not under warranty or anything else, I don't mind if the mpg goes up a bit etc etc..
