Given the GSA for 2017 is the same spec as the outgoing Euro 4 GS, i wonder when they will roll out a new GSA, with the same equipment as the 2017 GS and some design tweaks?

.... and what upgrades would persuade you to change if a new model was announced?

Next week..............just to piss off the people who bought them this week:D

haha!!

It would appear the previous GSA's came a year later? MY current GSA will be 2 years old in November this year, so come March 2018 i'd be interested in an updated model! I like the DTC on the new GS, but will hold judgement on their new suspension until i try the Rallye on the 25th.

For some reason, any GSA updates follow a year after the GS, apart from the twin cam, which was at the same time. BMW being BMW will just do an update whenever they fancy though, so your guess is as good as mine!:D

As the GS update isn't a proper full update, it'll probably be later this year/ early 2018 before you see any changes to the GSA.

Great just what the GSA's needs more depreciation....I was in Williams in Manchester a few weeks back they had an Urban Camo edition of the GSA £19,100...I thought at first it was a trade-in but no....a brand spanker! At this rate they'll be sensibly priced enough for my stingey budget and the thieves will have something else to go after.....so its all good for me bring it on.

Was it like this? (one of the 8 Ball Customs) Damn thats expensive!!!

The new model usually comes out a year or so after the triple black or some other limited special edition

£19,100, what does this have over a TE to justify that cost?

Rarity...For people with more money than sense and no taste....the GS iconic is a case in point.

The same overpriced GS that commands zero premium over the standard model, come resale time? That some dealers run as service loan bikes? Fuck that! You'd have to be crackers to pay £19k for a GSA.:rob

They had a red/black with a white stripe combo at NOG last week. It looked very smart but there was no price on it and I wasn't about to ask.

They mentioned the Urban Camo but not that it was an 8 Ball Custom jobbie

Apart from the first R1200 GS came out in 04 and the first R1200 GS Adventure in 06
