How about this.
FANTIC CABALLERO 700
Look no further. 175kg dry weight, 830mm seat height, 74bhp, 70nm torque, 13litre fuel tank.
I decided to downsize from the 1250GS last year and this fitted the bill perfectly, light, nimble, punchy, a bit left field.
I bought it brand new in November, so it’s six months old, has 18months warranty remaining. It’s done a grand total of
500 miles, not even had its first service yet.
No previous owners.
Why am I selling?
Well, I bought a new X-adv 750 three weeks ago and I know that going to be my go to bike every time, plus the garage is full
To bursting and I need the space back.
The spec on these bikes is very high
Brembo brakes
Marzocchi forks
Arrow designed twin exit exhaust.
Six axis IMU with lean sensitive ABS
Full LED lighting
TFT screen.
Alloy footrest mounts.
Pirelli Scorpion tires
Factory folding mirrors
I’ve fitted heated grips and a USB A and C power supply at the bars, powered by an Oxford Fuzeblock type unit.
I’ve also fitted the latest SW Motech tank ring, and will include the latest type £120 new matching tank bag.

To top it all it’s powered by the amazing Yamaha CP2 motor, with 270 degree crank. Only it’s slightly retuned by
Fantic to give a bit more BHP and torque.
Comes with both keys all supporting paperwork, owners handbook etc.
Only fly on the ointment so to speak is the panel fit on the tank, they all have the same problem, they just don’t fit well
Apparently the dealers will address the issue under warranty, I’ve just not got round to taking it back.
This bike attracts attention, lots of interest whenever I’ve parked it up anywhere.
If you’re looking to downsize to something fun but still practical, at sensible money this could be it. You could tour on it, it’s not high revving and it’s very economical.

I payed cash so no outstanding finance.
Cost new today is £9699.
Older models (2023) are available at £8699, though I think there’s not much difference. This is the 2025 model.
I’ll get it out later today and get some more pictures. These are just some I’ve taken over the last few weeks,
Rear luggage isn’t included, I was just trying it on the bike. The tank bag is though.

£6800. Find something better for that price.

PS it’s even got a nice number plate, FEK !

Come and have a look if you’re interested or just want to try it for size.
Kettle will be on
I’m just off J23 M1 Leics.IMG_4518.jpegIMG_4520.jpegIMG_4521.jpegIMG_4523.jpegIMG_8450.jpegIMG_8451.jpegIMG_8452.jpegIMG_5095.jpegIMG_5096.jpegIMG_5098.jpegIMG_5099.jpegIMG_5100.jpeg

Clutch is heavy on old wrists I meant to say, not engine.
Anyway it’s on EBay now,
£6500 to anyone on here. 😊

Not much interest in this, I thought it would sell quickly, but the market dictates, etc.
£6250 to any of you boys.

Yes it's really small at 830 mm seat height

Makes my 780mm GS seem like a Honda dax

Nice bike for somebody though

I didn’t say really small. It’s a narrow seat making it seem less than 830, it doesn’t feel anything like that. Which model GS do you have at 780mm?
Let’s compare weight too 😉

Internet blurb.
The Fantic Caballero 700 has a seat height of 830 mm (32.7 inches). [1]
This saddle height combined with the bike's narrow frame and low dry weight of just 175 kg (180 kg wet/without fuel) makes the motorcycle relatively accessible and nimble for a wide range of riders. [1, 2, 3, 4]

Don’t pay heed to the MCN review of these bikes if you’re considering it. They’re the only reviewer that damned it with faint praise, everyone else was very complimentary. Lot of bike for a VFM price

Yes, that’s true, I think the new price of £9700 puts people off I think. Lots of stuff available around that price.
It’s a great bike, if I had room I’d keep it without a second thought. Five other bikes and two electric bikes, plus a ton of kit just makes getting in and out of the garage a real pain though.
Meant to say the original grips and rubber footrest inserts are included.
