Hi Folks, a bit of help needed.
Just replaced the seals and pistons on the front callipers of a 2002 Non ABS R1150.
When I bleed the brakes I can get pressure built up on the lever and it operates the callipers fine.
Now let it go and wait a few seconds and try it again and the lever will travel into the grip.
Have tried;
Bleeding / filling the circuit from the master cylinder down.
Bleeding / filling the circuit from the callipers up using a syringe.
Checked for leaks, all is fine no fluid anywhere to be seen.
No sign of air coming from either nipple when there opened.
When the bike came in (before I started working on it) the lever was soft, but still worked on the first pull.
Any suggestions.
